AI Powered Proposal Automation System

Overview

An intelligent proposal generation system that automates the process of drafting and formatting client proposals, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency across documents.

Problem

Creating proposals for clients was repetitive and time consuming. Each proposal required copying templates, updating client info, inserting project descriptions, and manually formatting text, often leading to errors and inconsistent styling.

Solution

I built a workflow in n8n that connects Airtable, Google Docs, and OpenAI to automatically pull client data, generate tailored proposal text, autofill templates, and save versioned documents to Google Drive.
